Job description:

Exciting opportunity for a tech professional to support incidents related to SuccessFactors and data integrations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role demands user support and consultation, acting as a liaison between HR, IT, and external providers, and expertise in troubleshooting and monitoring interfaces with applications like payroll systems. Additionally, the position involves implementing SuccessFactors modules and developing tailored solutions for country-specific needs.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • SuccessFactors proficiency – basic understanding of Employee Central and modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Analytics
  • Familiarity with HR processes and data, along with a basic grasp of payroll systems
  • Strong IT application skills and a solid understanding of databases
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with agile practices
  • Fluency in English
