You will lead and manage the team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of
collaboration, innovation, and customer focus. You will plan, delegate, and
monitor full stack activities, tasks and projects. You will develop and implement
training programs for team members to ensure they are up to date with the latest
technologies and best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to
understand their needs and ensure these are effectively addressed by your team.
You will provide regular performance feedback, mentorship and development
opportunities to team members. You will ensure adherence to established IT
policies, procedures, and standards. You will escalate and manage any full stack
related issues or risks, ensuring swift resolution.
